We provide a collection and delivery service to the storage warehouses.
We have one storage warehouse centrally located near the police station and market ground in Alhaurin el Grande, with easy access, even for lorries and another storage warehouse on Mijas Golf, Mijas Costa just behind Fuengirola town.
Huge savings on storage with us in Mijas Costa and Alhaurin el Grande. Already great value, but, we offer great discounts for clients who have larger storage needs or longer term storage, as well as clients who do not require access to their items once in storage, passing savings along to you.
All our discounts are cumulative, that is to say, you can store long term, store 10m³ and not require access and get 35% discount!
For clients who store for 6 or more months, paying 6 months upfront we give 5% discount.
For clients who store for 12 or more months, paying 12 months upfront we give 10% discount.
For clients who store 5 to 9m³, we give 5% discount.
For clients who store 10m³ or more, we give 10% discount.
90% of our clients do not require access to their items once in storage, do you? We give 15% discount if you don't.
If you know you will be storing for 6 months or more, and can pay for the storage upfront, we give 5% discount. Payment must be made up front to receive this discount.
If you know you will be storing for 12 months or more, and pay for your storage upfront, we give 10% discount. Payment must be made up front to receive this discount.
If you have between 5 and 9m³ we give 5% discount. You retain this discount throughout the duration of your storage period, as long as your storage space requirements stay between 5 and 9m³. If you go below 5m³ you will lose the discount, if you go to 10m³ (by adding items) you will receive 10% discount.
If you have over 10m³ we give 10% discount. You retain this discount throughout the duration of your storage period, as long as your storage space requirements stay over 10m³. If you go below 10m³ you will go to the 5% discount,
Around 90% of our clients do not require access to their items once in storage, it may be landlord furniture they store whilst renting, business items they store out of season or whilst re-locating, but, often clients do not require access. If you inform us, that once your items are in storage you do not require access we give a massive 15% discount. We do this because we are able to focus our time on assisting other clients and generating new business than meeting and greeting to give access. We are also able to store your items more efficiently as we can pack and store more tightly as you will not need to keep accessing a box to get a winter t-shirt and this also saves you money, as, we only charge for the space you actually use, if your items are packed tightly in storage you naturally use less space which costs less money. This discount is only availble for clients through our collection and delivery service.

We never increase prices on long term contracts. Some companies we know entice you in with a price then put the rates up, we don't.
We can store anything you have no matter the size, our entrance doors are 5m x 5m and our warehouse is huge with 8m ceilings.
We also cater for clients who have smaller volumes to store, from a few boxes, cases, golf clubs, xmas decs, no problem.
We can pack and/or provide boxes, bubble wrap, furniture blankets, tape and all the packing materials you could need.
We are available when you need us, for collections, deliveries, storage, we try to find times to suit.
